at least not for us since we already obtained the asian version fully in english.
but if you have been following some gaming forums demon's soul has garnered quite a number of gamers, and a domestic release is the best thing ever.

Besides the packaging, I don't think there will be any difference at all. The level of difficulty remains.

offline means you alone.
if you connected online, you get to see other players running around in phantom form. and you can summon players to help you in case u encounter difficulty in boss fight.

I gave up farming. That's when I decided not to plat for this game.... ^^;

maybe i should work on this platinum too...........
