Its temp. But i think the difference is that for boletarian palace, it will be back world tendency. So you just get black phantoms.

Temporary only, throughout holloween.

If you want to level fast and i mean REAL fast. Call your friend and summon them at 4-1, kill all of the demon before the first fog and wait at the entrance for Black Phantom invaders and kill them. No worries of dying here since you can gang up and kill the Black Phantom. Oh and the black phantom would probably be +-10 level from you. Say, you need around 100k souls to level, your Black Phantom invaders would probably around that value too, meaning, by slaying a Black Phantom invader you can get 100k+- souls per kill! I've done this method countless time pairing up with some Japanese players at night (since I'm R3) and I did managed to get around 2-3mil++ souls in one night. Just ensure you DO NOT ENTER THE FIRST FOG, this will just cause your death by giving the Black Phantom a wide area to hide to set up traps and use the enemy (especially the Vanguard boss) against you. However, there is a way to get pass the first fog without actually entering them. It's a bit hard to explain, maybe you can Google it and watch some videos. Well, that's about it. Good Luck!

edit: it would be really helpful if someone make up a list of R1 and R3 players. That would make things whole lot easier. I'm R3 btw.

my world tendency have returned to neutral after i killed miralda
cannot fully utallize the Halloween event on boletaria, and shrine of storm.

anyway just spam death loud on king allant and hide, it's the cowardlyway i know but it works
poor old king doran died this way also since i have no way to stop the effect of it after the fight

Yup mine is R1.. but sadly no bluetooth suport in DS hhuhu

KK.. killed Old King Doran... backstab kao kao.. but dumb armor is Male only.. sheesh

Demonbrant is cool.. same dmg total as my dragonsword but very slow la.. not good to use in narrow hanging places.. fall easily..

LoL died like 6 times vs Maneater... when the 2 of em gang up.. so close each time.. but dumb soul light they cast... many times kill me when i wasn't blocking and it was behind me.. bleh..
I'm going to bring my spear next poke through brazer.. at least i can still keep my shield up..

just killed adjucator at shrinestorm...
then a black phantom invade my game and he cleared the path for me at the reaper's place..lol..
