credit transfer are not being counted as u reloaded for special promotions like : topup min rm30 before xx-xx-xx and get 15sms free to ur 8pax!
but can extend validity!...rm1= 1day, rm3=3 days. after that grace period also back at one!wat i wanted is not the validity but the grace period... so, it really reset the grace period to day 1? coOL! but i've oso called celcom cs b4 and they confirmed with me that credit transfer DONT reset grace period... must reload... i even repeated my question too... celcom cs really lousy lar... u don believe me? u try asking them now see... hahaaa! i would say majority of them (celcom cs) don really knows about that... hai~  |

previously were even worst... they don even pick up calls! now r slightly better as they answer calls after their cs are being handle by VADS... still, they got alot to improve... like wat epool said, they shud make the staff especially the front line to know their products more... at least the basic stuffs mar... let epool be their celcom head of cs lar... hahaaa!  |

tat was with the celcom citibank credit card... but i doesnt have citibank celcom card... and it got t&c too if i'm not mistaken as i read about it too last time... |

good for those that use alot of credits to chat... if those tat reloads rm50 and finish it within a week... he's really a good talker... hahaa! why not just opt for postpaid... cep50... much cheaper! hahaaa! de only downside is that u gotto finish the free credits in a week... in another words is rm100 last u for 2 weeks only!  |

guys... birthday bonus can make calls FREE to all my 15pax, rite? without any rules saying only applicable to celcom users? wat if my 15pax is in other network? will it still be free? tried asking helpline... but as expected... hai~ |

i'm using the new xpax plan and i really can see that my credits are really rolling slower as of previous time... hehe... de new xpax and calling 15pax is really good!  ya... i agreed on that... everything got it's pros and cons... but the best is the new 15pax can add other telco nos into it too... hehe... my b'day is coming... hehe... can use free calls d but sadly... those free calls is ONLY within celcom only... hmm...  |
