yes, they should have contingency/disaster recovery plan.. money losses still ok, but how about life losses? imagine people died because can't call ambulans..

QUOTE(Nashraf @ Sep 25 2009, 12:02 PM) I was on holiday at PD yesterday and was shocked to found out about this interruption today. The whole of my family use (except me) use Celcom and have no problem what so ever. Nway Celcom must ensure this is the first and the last interruption If everyone answer the calls it will not allow any more calls. But celcom they love to put ppl on hold for music. No wonder, since their network was down, the customers can only call CS which make the call center call volume jump and they cannot cope. Since only a few customers are making inquiries or having problems, the call center can handle every call within a few rings. Imagine if the same problem happen to Maxis, do u think it will be answered within a few rings? Imagine they put 500 ppl on hold sure system crash lor Last time i call 1111 lucky its free they put me on hold for half an hour. Imagine how many calls can put on hold within that mins |

QUOTE(cardin @ Sep 27 2009, 04:11 PM) I totally disagree with u. With so many limitation to join yellowman its only for ppl within campus when HYC can be joined by anyone 25 and below.3 of my numbers on HYC i am very happy with it. Last time i use RM30 a month now i only spend RM10 a month. Thanks to HYC This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Sep 27 2009, 04:19 PM |

I have to agree with above. First they launch amazing plan then suddenly slowly alter the plan that whats so pissing off. Even i ported my celcom to hotlink thats why the 100 days grace period to 50 days didnt effect me.
