XOX is a totally MVNO, they do not need to invest anything to setup their own network, they are 100% rely on celcom network.. different with umobile, although they rely on celcom netwok only at location where they still dont have coverage, but at the same time they invest to expand their own infrastructure.. sooner or later they will not depending on celcom network anymore (i dont know wether they can survive or not until that time) i saw XOX call rates is 36sen/min flat rates to any network.. but i dont know wether they already distribute the starterpack or not..

QUOTE(epool86 @ Apr 22 2009, 08:23 AM) the principle can be either on CEP20 or CEP50 or CEP250
if im not mistaken, if u apply CEP20, need to wait at least 6 months (correct me if wrong) before u are allowed to sign up supp line 1+5..
for CEP50 and CEP150, you can sign up supp line 1+5 instantly.. can anyone cofirmed or tried before on new application for CEP20 WITH 1+5 supplementary line? hehe...

I wanna ask about the 5+1 plan, so 1 month I need to pay only RM5 for each supplementary line? How about the main line?
And also for those who are using this plan, are you guys satisfied with it?

Celcom 1+5 (1-principle, 5-supplementary max)
for Principle line, it can be either on any of the following plan - CEP250 - CEP50 (most popular) - CEP20
the call rates for principle is vary (depending on which plan you use), if you're using CEP50 the call rates is - RM0.00 access fee - minimum usage rm50 per month - 15sen/min call FLAT to any network. - 12sen/sms FLAT to any network.
and CEP 50 user also enjoy the following rewards program: - for bill rm60 get 10% discount - for bill rm80 get 20% discount - for bill rm150 and above get 30% discount
and for Supplementary line, there is no option to choose plan.. all supplementary line will enjoy the following rates - Rm5 access fee (fixed every month) - No minimum usage - 30sen/min call FLAT to any networks - 10sen/sms FLAT to any networks
the call/sms/mms/video call between Principle and Supplementary is free up to 40 hours call and 1500 sms for each line.. any usage exceed 40 hours for each line will be charge base on normal call rates..

QUOTE(skystrike @ Apr 26 2009, 11:59 AM) what is the difference between celcom blue n celcom xpax??? Celcom has some of the worst prepaid plans. Except for UOX, their other plans are expensive compared to other telcos. Why have so many plans and confuse people?
