I wonder the accessories from item 1 to 5 are all sold in a single box or each one of them are sold separately.

They are sold in a set 5250yen each. If you use the coupon you have in your DX RVF-25 it will be 4200 yen.
Same applies to the Ranka + Speaker + booster set for VF-25G. and of course, only those living in Japan can order..

Oh really. I didn't know that piece of paper is a coupon.
I thought it was just some paper showing more accessories that will be available for sale for the VF-25 once its out.
