dont think u can get this model in this moment within klang valley unless the shop really "pak yu ying"(no business)
the price will be around rm1600 with 4 gb + case.if they have existing stock, then u can get total 2 years warranty

Today I got a chance to share some indoor shots with another 2 other Lumix camera (FX & FZ). Got to admit that, the 1-stop advantage really come in handy and very useful. Same lighting, LX-3 retain the lower ISO100-160, while the other 2 boost up to ISO400.

Hey, could you trigger the 540EZ directly from the LX-3 (i.e. 540EZ on the hotshoe)? I tried but it didn't work.

u need to set the button to play icon (photos preview) instead of camera icon (live view) 1st before u on the LX3.

btw- updated straight from v1.0 > v1.2 no prob. at all

I have problem updating to V1.2 also.
Already using V1.1 but the process didn't fully complete.
The cam shut down when updating when it should've restarted.
The firmware reads V1.1 on the cam, but not sure if it fully updated.

Anyway, when I tried to update to V1.2, the cam just doesn't recognize the *.bin file for V1.2.
Dammit.....
Is there anyway to go back to V1.0?

Panasonic Leica LX-3?

something wrong here, it should be Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3 , no?

if Leica name is involved, then it's Leica D-Lux 4.
