I'm from Finland. I was studying in KL 5 years ago, so it's nice to see the old hoods. I'd better check the price of the card and case here, because the difference in cameras is not that big and we got plenty of stock. Do you have any idea does the shops at Sungei Wang or Midvalley get more cameras soon?

I bought from him also. Very good seller and high recommended. I wouldn't recommend Lowyat or Sg Wang for any purchase due to the amount of con/cheat cases going on there. If ur not picky on the colors, Best Denki, Harvey Norman, etc have quite a lot of silver colors left. If you wan Black, u need to go hunting for it already..

^ still new to photography not sifu tongue.gif

technically all PS camera can do, you just need to use the preset setting to shoot to get the effects that you want (but it doesn't give you full control of the aperture/shutter/iso)...that's what i've learned online...

some PS camera does offer the control of aperture/shutter/iso/etc, lx3 being one of them.

Woohoo!! I just got my LX3 baby last Sunday. At Harvey Norman. RM16++ which includes screen protector and 8GB SD. Comes with 2 years warranty.

Great for taking baby pictures. My family members could only took pics of baby with flash using other ordinary P&S, but this leica lens was fast enough without flash! Great little camera with fantastic image quality. Still learning its features. Previously I used an entry-level DSLR D60...but I think I'll love this more. More practical, and good for low-light situation where D60 won't cope.

Where do you guys get other accesories like lens, optical viewfinder, filter etc.??

i just got mine for RM1580, 8GB, SP n case at Lowyat

really nice unit!
the quality of photo guarantee better than any of the compact camera even you shot it with full auto mode

only thing i don't like is it can hardly produce nice bokeh
I still miss DSLR F1.8 50mm lense

but it's a trade off lah, this unit offers great mobility compare to DSLR
