QUOTE(hussain @ Nov 27 2009, 09:46 AM) what you guys think of the new speck see through case?Anyone using it?Appreciate some feedback please. What color would look good for black 3gs?? Colour choice like so many other things is quite personal. So, I suggest you try it out yourself on the phone and see which you actually prefer. I am assuming of course you are going to buy from Machines or Switch and not online.

QUOTE(Nikon.Sky @ Nov 27 2009, 07:27 PM) Hi. Most of the case I saw can't protect the chrome bezel of the iPhone. Any idea what case or cases can fully protect the bezel from scratch caused by accumulating dust? For your requirement, I believe only silicone cases will do. There are quite a few good ones in the market. Btw, I have an original iSkin Solo, Blue, new, unused. Willing to let go at RM110(Market price is RM140. You can check the GS here as well and you can't get it at Machines/Switch). PM me if you are interested.

QUOTE(hussain @ Nov 28 2009, 09:39 AM) Hi Guys, Here is my my feedback on the griffin reveal.I just sold mine, luckily never loose money also. The case is very nice and i even put a bse on the back to avoid scratches to the back of the cover.Only one issue the top of the cover is made of rubber which is quite soft and due to that dust went in and scratched my chrome bezel. So avoid this case. Now in search for a new case Aren't you afraid the buyer will read your posting and accuse you of hoodwinking him?

QUOTE(Ariel1977 @ Nov 29 2009, 12:17 AM) Thanks! Was hoping I could get it locally instead of through ebay. Perhaps you could organize a bulk purchase. But first find out what designs are available, to appeal to the masses.

QUOTE(Masamune @ Nov 29 2009, 07:12 PM) I've decided to use my iphone totally naked already..haha.. Only have the screen protector..haha.. If you do not use a pouch to slip your phone in when not using, I strongly suggest to at least apply one of the shields, ie. BG, SGP or even BSE or IS. If not, without a doubt the apple logo at the back will inadvertently get scratched no matter how careful you are, not to mention the other parts including the chrome bezel. Added on November 29, 2009, 9:40 pmQUOTE(Kyno @ Nov 29 2009, 07:36 PM) Again very subjective..... You willing to pay say RM80 for one? You prefer clear, mirror or matte? Hope you get my drift. QUOTE(unioptom @ Nov 30 2009, 12:49 AM) RM80 for a screen protector? If it's good, why not? But now you've got me curious about which one it might be. Well, if you really look around, you will know that they are in the market. But IMHO, it is not worth it cause there are so many choices of SPs which are not all that bad and they range between RM10 to RM25.

QUOTE(vixxiee @ Dec 1 2009, 01:13 PM) i just make order for the SwitchEasy CapsuleRebel M for my 2nd case...anyone have seen the SwitchEasy Vulcan...look nice link: http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/reviews/e...-iphone-3gs-3g/This is not too shabby! But knowing SwitchEasy, they want to provide optimum protection and thus the casing could be quite bulky. Silicone cases are my cup of tea as I have used quite a number so whilst this is nice but it can be quite costly, my no.1 recommendation is still epik cases taking into account all factors particularly the low price which means value for money. It comes in a variety of colours which makes it all the more appetizing. But do not take the plain ones, the problem of which is the 'water mark' it creates.

QUOTE(unioptom @ Dec 8 2009, 02:09 AM) Does anyone have this experience with the screen protectors that come with the Switcheasy cases? I got the Colors with the iPhone today and after installing the SP that came with it, the screen shows a "rainbow" pattern. The SPs that come along with the casings are mostly second grade, if you will. So, I suggest you go out and buy others. I have in fact stated in one of my earlier posts that even some of those RM10 ones are quite good. You do not have to splash a whole chunk of change for one.

QUOTE(Par@dox @ Dec 8 2009, 05:32 PM) Do u know which rm10 ones are good? Some are really crappy Added on December 8, 2009, 9:38 pmI bought the Switcheasy Neo bcoz I thought it was better value for money to buy a casing with 2 free screen protectors.. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the SP. After installing the SP, I also noticed that there is this uneven pattern when under reflective light.. To make matters worse, the 2nd SP was defective. I should have just saved the money and bought a good SP instead. I haven't installed the Neo yet as I am still quite happy with my Capdase Soft Jacket 2. Look up AskarPerang's thread. Besides selling cheap and good casings, he also sells cheap and relatively good SPs. There are of course others in GS who sell them as well.

QUOTE(unioptom @ Dec 13 2009, 10:22 AM) Just wondering if anyone here has bought from momoboxx before. The pricing for their cases is very attractive I have bought a few stuff from one Alex who is supposed to represent them. Yeah, their pricings are reasonable. However, if you were to do a walkabout in the shopping malls, you may find some of the same stuff at even lower prices.

QUOTE(fr33dom @ Dec 20 2009, 01:36 AM) any recommend for casing?? i prefer below RM100 ... hehe... btw, can i know if i already apply SP to iPhone, then if i wan change to Mirror SP, i can remove the previous SP easily without any "soil"?? As replied by many to similar questions, choice of casings depends on one's preference and likes. So, you have to look around and pick out one or a few that suit your taste. To get some ideas as to what is good or bad, you should read the postings in this thread. Old SPs when removed will not soil your screen. They are all made such as to be replaceable.

If an iClear which I consider one of the most protective casings around is not good enough for you, I think there aren't too many that can satisfy you unless you don't mind the bulky not to mention ugly looking commando types. QUOTE(zXJaMeSXz @ Jan 1 2010, 03:28 PM) I don't plan on selling it I double what Mandy asked. Even though you may have no intention in disposing off your iPhone NOW, it will come a time when newer and better models come out when you may have the urge to get them. Of course, you could say you will keep your present one but if not for collection purpose, it will become redundant.

QUOTE(tgwkt @ Jan 1 2010, 03:43 PM) hi, im looking to purchase the bodyguardz for Iphone but cant seem to find where. can some1 direct me or help me please? Another seller in GS is Xavin. He is selling Bodyguardz. His actual name is Xavier. Added on January 2, 2010, 12:26 amQUOTE(NickyKhoo @ Jan 2 2010, 12:20 AM) guys i still cant find any1 can apply invisible shiled for me in penang..weather Switch will apply it for me,but Switch is selling RM150 per set. >.< Too bad you are in Penang. My nephew actually does a pretty decent job in applying those shields. By the way, I would recommend Bodyguardz or SGP Shield over Invisible Shield. You can buy either of them from GS here which is cheaper than getting from Machines/Switch. This post has been edited by PeeEl: Jan 2 2010, 12:26 AM

QUOTE(mandyxt @ Jan 8 2010, 09:02 PM) I suppose iPhone 2G is slightly bigger in size than the 3G/3GS isnt it?. Do correct me if I am wrong You are wrong The dimensions of the 2G are lesser than the 3G(S). It is the curvature of the back of the latter which makes it appear smaller. As a matter of fact the 2G is evidently narrower. This post has been edited by PeeEl: Jan 8 2010, 11:40 PM

QUOTE(Soul-X @ Jan 8 2010, 11:26 PM) lol now i'm blurred~ coz the seller keep on telling me that it works but i searched forum everywhere say canot work.... argh... *facepalms* Due to the fact that the 2G is smaller, any casing for 3G(S) can fit it but it would be loose. And you actually expect salesmen to be real honest with you when they want to sell their wares?
