ermm moon , i wanna ask whether your ek is which ek?

I saw one Honda civic ek 2 door which i assume is ek4 , is selling for Rm50k do u think its worth it?

of course i never want my mechanic to go through such pressure by knowing the chances of not getting job done properly.


the problem here is...i sent my car to one of the honda service center to do my 20k servicing. they got it done everything in less than 30mins.
and i would't know did they chAnge the essential parts and inspections properly

and the brand manager claimed that 30mins is normal...he himself can get everything done in 20mins.

i am so surprise and seriously doubt the capability lor.

they said the inspections are normal inspections. can be done in 5 mins. but i found out my steering is a bit heavy and tire pressure seem to be not balance . at the end i had to go and do it again by myself. that is when i think they didn't do things properly.

ehh.. mine is a ek(hatch) model code = ek2

2 door ek (hatch) got few models; ek2, ek3,ek4,ek9

all comes in different specs.

well the 50k; it depends on whats loaded inside lo.

ek4 with ek9 interior b16a engine? is it worth rm50k!?

Which is easier to maintain . I love both cars . Which is more suitable for a student like me .

ehh.. more or less the same lo.

but i know the 1.8 makan more petrol only

parts are widely available for both.

but GTI is on a HOT THEFT car list lo.

but if me. ek > gti

chassis rigidity & strength : EK > GTI

power : EK > GTI

theft : GTI > EK

FC : EK > GTI

But the price difference is like so huge. Both of them have 20 k margin .
Honda is japanese car i think that's wad the difference is all about power of dreams hahah.. If u can hook me up with a ek4(preferable) or ek3 2 door.

if like tat... buy satria lo....

or else; u can buy a satria; n use the money to build up a good satria;

both cars are very capable.

modding wise; mebbe GTI is cheaper den EK

once u hear the word type r ; its expensive lol.

Mod satria is lot cheaper than Ek..... I'll mod to Mirage Cyborg....if i got one

Satria gti is proton. Parents dont really support if i buy a proton car cause my parents got bad past with proton cars. Honda civic ek 4 convert to ek9 with red recaro seats are damn tempting . But on the other hand honda civic ek4 are year 96 and satria gti is year 2001.That's 5 years difference for god's sake ! I've done alot research bout 2 cars now i just have to make up my mind

altho the ek has age quite alot; but from personal experience; it has a very good chassis

plus if u really can find a good EK; its really a bonus to u

n EK looks more ganas haha..
