Pre-facelift for each generation - 2 years.
Facelifted - 2 years or maybe less, depends on demand.

The shortest time for facelifted model is still Accord 7th gen - 1 1/2 year.

There will be facelift version of Civic in this year, that's for sure. But honestly, I couldn't notice much change on the newer model. yawn.gif

Exactly the same design with Civic too. Japan is selling facelifted Civic Type R now.

The reason they didn't change much is because this generation is successful, hence they remain the same till next generation.

New Civic will arrive by late 2010 tenatively. AFAIK, my Thai source tells me that they're finalizing on production parts and suppliers.

of course not. Why would you wanna put your mechanic under preassure until the job is not done properly?
