i am prepaid too
i cant receive call n hard to make calls also sms i am nt very sure friend A of mine compliants others very hard to call in Friend B complaint cant make calls and sms i complaint to them via twitter they ask me feeback through email... really bad the customer service but i think umobile network got some problem |

I top up about 30 Mins ago but my credit still the same after top up @.@ but my expiry date extend oledi.. what happen??.

for the u mobile bonus is i top up 50 den i make a idd call den entitle for 15% top up bonus? the bonus is next time i top up or wad?
