happy is using very low quality of line, so they offer very low price. i tried one, and i cant even listen properly what my fren is saying on the phone

wei ! i'm using 018 postpaid.. i want to know ah.. why i cant make and receive call to/from 018 when i'm not in 3g mode... and some of my fren cant reach me even i got full bar line... how come like this wan? i just got my line open last 2 day.. or their database is not fully update yet?? any ideas?
