If I want to call for a short period of time.. Surely I will use my iTalk... it is way cheaper than what umoblie can offer (8 sen for first 20 seconds)

As far as I know... (been using iTalk since early last year)... All calls mobile - mobile is 25 sen per minute(20 sec block).. no regional charge. Means, Maxis northern to Celcom Sabah cost also the same (25 sen).

It is quite the same for calling landline(mobile -> landline), just the rate is slightly lower (24 sen)
