btw, is there a customer service in postpaid or prepaid working?..

i'd called for days.. email 2 times only respond one time after call the newbusiness line.

my situation is i paid last month bill by cc thru their website and now they sstated not paid and due for this month too.
i dont wish to pay anymore which might ended the same thing.

good thing is now they barred my line. sad.gif

i got no time to go over their shop to explain all this.

im going to say goodbye to umobile jokers and maybe i'll change to other telco.
