Bodoh thing is that when you first sign up for the line you got no option to do that, must request after the line is activated (which means first month sure pay for itemized bill).
Anyway, when I get my second month bill can update.

What you mean is, to cancel the RM3 for itemised bill statement won't affect the Bill Statement download from Online Portal.
The soft copy will still remain show up the "Itemised" details.
Am I right?
That's meant they charge RM3 non-sense for those users who don't know or innocent about it.
Think of how many extra income putting into their pocket already.
RM3 is not big amount, but accumulated will be quite attractive income for them though.
