Using Umobile,find the problem that can't send sms to special numbers like 39222 or 32300.Called Umobile hotline and no one answered.Anyone knows how to solve it?

Hi, i'm using postpaid U28, on my iphone,
I realise the quota is 1gb,
And i been using it from 27 january,
And supposely, it will regain 1gb back on 27 february, rite?
But, my internet is still slow?
Do i need to call them ?

Thought of jumping to umobile cos  the plan is cheaper than Digi (for the internet)

Currently , using the digi 48 smart plan but still expensive after include the call/sms

can anyone pls ask Umobile, when can we transfer talktime?

but I'd like to ask if Umobile's 3G speed is ok in the following area?
Penang, BM near Kulim.
KL, Setapak area.

I did check Umobile's official website, shows that Penang doesnt have 3G coverage? and Setapak isnt listed as having 3G coverage, but I was hoping that they might be wrong and coverage is available and good there!

But its best you terminate just as 2 days before the Billing Date, else you "lose more"

eg, my billing date is 1st of every month, i should terminate my ac latest on 29/30 depending if the mth have 30 or 31 days.

Umobile cannot transfer number ownership, port out to other telco first, if you wan change ownership ........

Is it normal for them to send so early in the morning or it's just my problem?

yesterday, i top up and made the call, today receive the bonus already.

the IDD call must connect and be charged (but any minimum amount will do).

for new prepaid customers, the bonus only applies from your second top up onwards

example:

1 activate sim

2 top up RM5 or RM10 (no bonus)

is there any way to check if there's stock for S. Note II in any U-mobile branch? I've tried to contact their customer service and he said he don't have the list.... went midvalley and garden just for note 2. but no stock

branches number also not listed on website. i only saw the customer service number only. and he tell me only walk-in can check
