If you use it frequently, just subscribe Data Unlimited for RM66 / month. Unlimited usage. Coverage is good compared to 3G. Speed is quite ok for surfing. You can give it a try, if you don't like it just call to cancel anytime you want and the charges will be prorated depending on how many days you've subscribed.

DG50 - SMS - 10 cents to any network including DiGi to DiGi
1 Plan - SMS - 5 cents to DiGi, 15 cents to other network.

Sunway Pyramid is DiGi dealer. Walk in to any DiGi Centre to convert your prepaid to be your Ambassador's supp line.

For Auto-Billing rebate, request for separate supplementary account once your prepaid became your Ambassador's suppline, then request for Auto-Billing. Then all your lines will get RM5 monthly rebate each.

You can have 1Family or Family Basic under Ambassador as suppline. Max 6 supp lines.

You need to wait 6 months before you can transfer ownership to your BF. Both of you must walk in together to complete the process. Bear in mind transfer ownership means you need to reregister the account back. In order words, your line will be terminated and all the bonus points will be forfeited as you'll be reregister back. If you request for Standard Billing which only gives you the brief charges details, it's FOC.

If you request for Itemized Billing, it's RM3 monthly. You can always check your statement online for FOC.

Call in to the Customer Service, lodge a report about the low signal problem. Give them a week or two. Call back again and see what they've done for you

Same goes to DiGi. If you terminate your account. It takes 2 billing cycle for them to refund your deposit via cheque. It's for them to make sure you have cleared everything before giving you back the deposit
