QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Feb 12 2009, 11:25 PM)
Well although prepaid can set 11 FnF numbers, isn't the rate with postpaid still cheaper even if it isn't a FnF number since it is 13 cents to all networks with the DG50 plan? biggrin.gif
*
Precisely, hence if you are a heavy caller. Postpaid still the best biggrin.gif

guys..like now im on maxis vp80..n their billing is on every 10th of each month..how to port?
so if i port now..i sure have to pay rm 80 up hand d rite?
*
Don't worry, clear all your Maxis outstanding and just walk in to the nearest DiGi dealer, fill in the form and wait.

Maxis will prorate your monthly charges base on how many days you are using.

When you manage to port in to DiGi, DiGi's system will automatically assign you bill cycle date and you just need to follow the new bill cycle smile.gif

*
Press *128*1*1# to check your usage.

Outstanding = The amount you still owe DiGi.
Unbilled = The usage up to today from the last bill cycle.

*
You're unable to view if you are the supplementary line. Having said so, you can always ask for your main line to call in and request for Separate Supplementary Account should you prefer to check your own balance.

I have a question.
Help all sifoos here help me out.

My line is principal line. And I got 6 sub-lines all occupied.
Is it the calls & SMS between these sub-lines and my line free?

Thanks.

-pWs-
*
It depends on what plan you are using. If you are using 1Plan/DG50/DG150/DG250 as main line AND ALL your supp line is using 1Family, ALL calls / sms / mms between you and your supp line is FOC unlimited smile.gif

Could you PM me your phone number and your gf's number for me to double confirm?

By right it should be charged into the unbilled transaction smile.gif

Sorry, typo. I mean by right it shouldn't be charged into the unbilled transaction. If it does, then something wrong somewhere smile.gif

Although its rare, but the system do have this flaw at times~~
If you have already double checked and its indeed charged, tell the CS to do an adjustment for you

Normally in the unbill it will be charged, but they will offset everything when the bill is released
*
Not really. For free calls, it won't be shown in unbilled amount.

QUOTE(-pWs- @ Feb 13 2009, 02:30 PM)
I see. I guess I will wait for the actual bill come.
I will let you know any update. smile.gif

Thanks for the help. smile.gif

-pWs-

Don't worry, if you are charged for Calls / SMS / MMS between you and your supp. Just call in to lodge a report and they'll raise the necessary adjustment on the next billing cycle. smile.gif

QUOTE(yongkailoon @ Feb 13 2009, 02:32 PM)
What charges are there for the first bill? It seems that mine is RM93 when the usage did not go over the commitment fee. Tax is it? I can't see the bill yet as the full statement isn't out but there is already the sum to pay.
First bill include RM10 Stamp Duty (Applicable to every line you have) and 5% government tax on top of the charges.

What plan are you using?

DG50 - RM50
1FAMILY - RM30

Stamp duty for each - 2x RM10 = RM20

5% on top of all.

Wait for ya bill. You'll get a clearer view once you see it. smile.gif

Hmm but when I click to show bill in OCS, it shows me RM93. With the stamp duty for both numbers and a 5% charge, shouldn't it be more than RM100? hmm.gif
*
Unbilled = gross charges. You'll see the finalized charges once the bill is generated smile.gif

When is your bill cycle date? Mine is 8th and it will usually ready by 18th. biggrin.gif

Usually it takes around 10 days before you can view your bill on OCS, unless there's any delay at the Billing department smile.gif
