DiGi will never reveal another party's information to anyone. If you submit police report to the Customer Service Consultant, their CSC will forward the police report to the respective department in HQ. The respective department will liaise directly with the police.

In other words, the benefit of getting Business plan is that you get to call / sms / mms to the Closed-User-Group for FOC unlimited. Say if your company took 1000 lines, any sms / mm / calls between the 1000 lines is FOC

Just call in to request for Separate Supplementary account should you want to enjoy extra RM5 rebate via AutoBilling.

The good point - Separate bills, you can request bills to be sent to different locations. Also, if your main line didn't make payment, only your main line will be barred not everyone in the same account. In addition to that, everyone will be able to check how many is their individual current usage instead of viewing the whole lum sum.

The bad point - Bonus points will be separated too.
