QUOTE(basSist @ Feb 1 2009, 01:07 AM)
oh, thanks.

bcoz of my gf's hotlink is registered under her name, so the staff told me need to go back to maxis to re-register under my name first then only can port from hotlink straight to digi postpaid, else need to double port. (port to prepaid first then postpaid with rm50 advanced payment)

1hour ago my gf's line ported to digi prepaid successfully, hope the next 2 days can transfer to postpaid soon~  smile.gif
*
Oh I see. Well, RM 50 is just like advanced payment, it will still be rebated in the next bill. Not to worry. biggrin.gif

QUOTE(DiGi 1800 @ Feb 1 2009, 03:10 AM)
Just wanna confirm how long i hv to top up to keep my balance credit

Within how long i hv to top up to keep my balance, cause i found that hotlink will forfeited my balance when i top up 30days after my credit expire

refer to this link

Anyone can confirm digi also the same or digi wont forfeited??
*
Your attached link shows me nothing, it seems an error. smile.gif

DiGi has 90 days and your no. will be recycled after that, even if you reload back, you won't get back the no. smile.gif

QUOTE
The SIM Card will still be capable of receiving calls and SMS messages for up till 90 days upon the expiration of the credit validity period. A reload must be performed in order to utilise the full Services. If no reload is performed during this 90-day period, the SIM Card shall be terminated after the 90th day and any remaining credit for talktime, SMS messages or any other service or benefit relating to the mobile number shall be forfeited.

As extracted from: http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid/tnc/pre_tnc.do

That means DiGi will not forfeit any credit even if it has expired, you can still receive calls, SMS and MMS. Just that after 90 days and if no reload is performed, your remaining balance will be forfeited together with the no. will be recycled. Once the no. has been recycled, you won't have the chance to get back the no. smile.gif

Hmm... what is difference between DiGi centre and DiGi dealer?
Both also opened by individual private company, right?
*
I don't think so. DiGi Centre is by DiGi itself. DiGi Dealer is private. smile.gif

I intend to switch back to Digi Prepaid since my usage is not that much under 1 Family Postpaid. Which route would u recommend?

1) Digi Postpaid --> Celcom Blue Prepaid --> Digi Prepaid
2) Digi Postpaid --> Hotlink Prepaid --> Digi Prepaid

Which 1 will cost the least to MNP?
Do I get 1 year free validity once i got back to DIgi Prepaid?? icon_question.gif
*
Any way, just that the MNP process might be slower. smile.gif Well, it depends on the efficiency of the dealer.
No cost will be charged for MNP.

Yes, you will get 1 year free validity. smile.gif

can you please elaborate more about this insurance?

i chat with DiGi CS thru D'chat just now.
i've reported about the low signal problem thingy.
i gave him the needed details he asked and he said he will pass it to their technical side or something.

i hope they will do something about the signal! happy.gif

The system will choose randomly and once you are picked to receive this free coverage. Then just reply them back. smile.gif
