Lucky you, as a student I need to pay my DiGi and Celcom Broadband D98 on my own. I only had the privilege of parents paying for me when I was in secondary school.

QUOTE(8u8u @ Jan 27 2009, 01:55 PM) Thanks. QUOTE(xxx306 @ Jan 27 2009, 03:03 PM) may i know what plan is that? It is called DiGi postpaid 1 Family plan. i'm planing to change from prepaid to postpaid. (can right? without changing numbers, can aa?) i want free calls/sms/mms to my bf too! Yes can change from prepaid to postpaid but not postpaid to prepaid. Either you or your BF must be a main line and the other one is supplementary line. ![]() Refer to the above chart, main line must be at least DG 50 and pays RM 50 with RM 50 commitment fees. Call/SMS/MMS rate may refer to that chart. ![]() As for the above chart is for supplementary line, only call rate follows main line's rate, others refer to the chart. RM 30 of commitment fees for every month. You get to unlimited free calls/SMS/MMS with main line (vice-versa) or between supplementary lines. To recap everything, both of you only pay at least RM 80 to enjoy the free calls/SMS/MMS. Of course, if you use more than RM 50 and RM 30 respectively, then have to pay more. QUOTE(xxx306 @ Jan 27 2009, 03:41 PM) ohh wow. so both of us just have to pay RM80? one pay RM50 and other pay RM30 per month? Yes, DG 50 is the minimum package to be paid. Of course, the main line may opt for DG 150 or DG 250. feels like want to change to postpaid right now. lol. where can I do so? At One Utama got or not? But i think shop still closed today.. eh btw, what is on net and off net? And supplementary plan only pays RM 30 regardless any plan that main line takes. Anywhere, as long as it is DiGi dealer. On net = Same network (DiGi) Off net = Different networks (Maxis, Celcom, U-Mobile) |

QUOTE(Fortunatus @ Jan 27 2009, 07:32 PM) Ok, a few questions here. Can, she can choose not to be your supplementary line but requires you to go with her to DiGi centre to cancel it.1family plan sounds nice to me. Certainly i wish my relationship with her lasts forever, but things may not go as i wish. So, here are a few questions. If she don wan to be my sub anymore, can she? If she don wan to be my sub, she can't change back to prepaid? When i become postpaid, does it mean for life? No way to get back to prepaid anymore? It applies to sub as well? Thank you. No, she can't change back to prepaid. DiGi only allows prepaid to postpaid but not vice-versa. Well, maybe in the future DiGi will allow but definitely not now. For now, you cannot change back to prepaid. In the future, I'm unsure. Yes, applies to supplementary line too. |

QUOTE(xxx306 @ Jan 27 2009, 08:42 PM) yay just changed my prepaid to postpaid! Yes, that's correct. Sorry for not telling earlier, forgot about that. is it normal both of us to have at least RM50 inside our prepaid in 24 hours time before it changes to postpaid? I thot i as the supplementary just need to pay RM30? No, both main and supplementary line is RM 50.00 but no worry it will rebate in your next bill. QUOTE(uhlaw @ Jan 27 2009, 09:02 PM) If you want switch from DiGi postpaid to DiGi prepaid, you can do like this. Not need to other telco's postpaid. Just change to prepaid, it is easier for billing. You port out your DiGi Postpaid to other operator postpaid first. After porting to other operator postpaid, then you port in DiGi prepaid and credit validity period is 1 year! QUOTE(8u8u @ Jan 27 2009, 09:30 PM) No other way. From DiGi postpaid to other telco's prepaid then back to DiGi prepaid. This post has been edited by fruitie: Jan 27 2009, 10:29 PM |

QUOTE(uhlaw @ Jan 27 2009, 10:33 PM) I asked other 2 telco's service centre (C & M) before. They only allow postpaid to postpaid. can't postpaid to prepaid. Oh really? Didn't know C&M are so troublesome. Only DiGi allow other telco's postpaid to prepaid when you port to DiGi I know it because I use such method previously fruitie, Happy Birthday! Thanks, belated already. QUOTE(xxx306 @ Jan 27 2009, 11:07 PM) Yes, you may. But I always use CIMB Clicks or Maybank2U, very convenient but don't pay your bill at the last minute because it takes time to clear the payment via these channels. |

Managed to transfer credit to my sister. Must have minimum RM 10 after transfer.
That means my extra credit will be burnt already... |
