i'm not sure as well, theoritically it should be the same.

Did this today at WRC Ampang. Wanted to add Audi style running lights as well but they didn't have any. Oh well, this is very nice already. Funny thing is, I went MV after that and saw a silver Gen2 cps with the same lights in the car park.

I think LCP works superbly on autos..

first thing u will notice is that ur throttle will be much lighter.. hence, ur rpm will shoot up very quickly. tats why in MT, you will need to upshift earlier. In auto cars, its the same and the gear changes will be earlier as well (shorter time required to reach higher rpm).

as such, you will notice ur sprint time will be improved.

Wanna ask you guys, if change to K&N filter, where do you go to service? Normally PSC will do it? Same interval?

buy the packaged re-oiling kit (they call it the K&N recharger kit) n clean it. DIY. quite simple. but i find the drying process take a long time if the weather has been quite damp (raining season).

what i do is, take out the K&N air filter to clean n dry properly. while its being dried for up to 3 days, i will use the ori air filter.

if you oil the filter without properly drying the K&N, the oil will not trap the dirt. instead, it will just roll off the filter and then accumulate in the air filter housing. it happened in my wira last time coz i was too eager to clean it and then rushing out... cheers and happy filter cleaning.

there are 3 screws + 2 nuts at the top.. those are easy to remove.

then there are 2 hidden clips. i don't know how to remove them

at the bottom, there are 4 more. these are removed using flat head screw drivers.

anyone got idea?

also, any pics to remove the front bumper? i'm doing front fender sound proofing. so far i've hit a few snags with a bl**dy nut hidden at the front most portion.... can't remove it properly without removing the front bumper...

sound proof fender... less wind noise from front.

there are 2 ways of doing it.

1) stone noise reduction (from the gravel/small stones picked up by our tyres hitting the plastic piece)
2) 'filling up' empty space inside the fender.

first way is to add bitumen strips on the black plastic piece itself. it helps to reduce road noise and also the stone/gravel that your tyres picks up. less noise = quiter cabin. wat i've done is to add bitumen strips on the inside of black plastic. on the outside, added superlon to reduce the stone hitting noise.

2nd, if u notice, our fender is super hollow. Our fender is constantly being channelled with air from under the bumper. Look at the front portion of our mudguard (just behind the front bumper). air can travel in directly into our front door (becoz our fender is hollow). i will add in superlon here to minimize the air tats rushing into the front door. so noise should reduce. here, i used bitumen strip on the fender and then follow by superlon ontop of the bitumen strip.

anyway, i just been to my accessories agent. the way to remove the 2 clips is to press it downwards using a long screw driver....

will do the passenger fender next week coz today no time.. haha...

by the way, how is ur LCP? getting faster sprints?
