IMHO if u already have blend that also have casein in it, like Syntha-6, u do not need seprate supplements for casein alone.
if you only use whey like ON Whey, elite, hydrowhey than yes, use whey as post-wo and casein as pre-bedtime and in-between meals.

please note not all blend have casein. you have to check the nutrition profile.
