the diff is capsule. Lipo-6X has multi-phase caps so the effect can be feel throughout the day.
we ran out of Lipo-6x stocks though.
yes you can take them if you're female, the product is unisex. you must have good diet and optimal workout for best results though ":)

wahh youre pretty light for your height. To be honest, consistent diet and training AT LEAST a year.
eat 5-6x per day, and train hard. there's no other way than that.
Supplements will make your task easier since it can cover 1-2 meals especially post-workout.

Mass Gainer that we have coming are TrueMass, MonsterMass, Cytogainer, SeriosuMass, MuscleJuice, ISoMass Xtreme.

More or less they are the same. Brand preferences maybe go for taste or how well they mix. Sure, some got diff blend from others but thats it.
My personal preference is Cytogainer. There's also new IsoMass Extreme Gainer that look good in its ingredients profile.

Why is no point to workout if you underweight may i ask? I started workout when i was 38kg, i could barely lift the Oly bar. You need stimulant and building blocks to grow if you're underweight.
The stimulant is training/workout.

You acntually get it cheaper with our reward points, many ppl didnt realize tht.

For example for RM 350, you get 360 reward points, which is around RM 9, which you can redeem in your future purchase. Theoretically its only RM 341 tongue.gif
