no surprise more movies today want 2 incorporate more realism in their action set pieces

The ending looks like he didn't make it and all his loved ones died.

Why? Not a fan of Cruise?

Anyway, before I started watching MI I had no idea it's this good. Had some sort of prejudice that it's about them being an intelligence unit and stopping outbreaks or war from happening etc. Only after I've seen Ghost Protocol out of the blue, that I finally understood the attraction of the show. Truly enjoyed Fallout for its action and plot but my favourite is still Ghost Protocol ...and can't deny that I was really happy to see Jeremy Renner

I got no beef with cruise, I find him entertaining

Just that they had to ditch/kill off the entire old crew from the series and even attempted to make the lead actor the villain in the movie version

I watched the recent movies I did find them entertaining

how the ankle broke during the jump

I always like the MI franchise.
Better than James Bond.

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One (2023)

Now, this looks like a 300 million dollars production.

Kudos to Tom Cruise, for showing the industry how to spend close to 300 millions and having it show on screen!!

Tom Cruise seems to have conquer every movie genre, Action, Drama, RomCom.

The only genre he had fail to make an impact on it... Horror!!!

This movie is action pack.

Action pack to the gills.

Will four huge movies bombing at the Box Office (Little Mermaid, Elementals, The Flash and Indiana Jones 6) summer blockbusting looks, to borrow a term from the current generation seems.... meh!

Well based on what I had just watch, this movie may make 1 billion, worldwide. A true blue summer blockbuster!!!

It is NOT flawless.

The positives far exceeds the negatives.

I do not read up on movies I look forward to watch, so this movie had several surprises in stored for me.

There are two things that I may nitpick on, namely,

Tom Hollands recently lamented that why did the industry tout Tom Cruise's Top Gun 2 reviving cinema going, when his Uncharted brought in 400+ millionin the same year.

Kid, watch this movie. You still got ways to go...

I enjoyed the experience of watching this movie on IMAX.

Since it is only Part 1, I wouldn’t say it’s the best but it has all the necessary ingredients for a “Part 1” type, though there are parts of it that just felt weak, lengthy and forced.

Personally, I felt that Rogue Nation and Fallout were far superior.

Especially Rogue Nation, to have the protagonist do unto the antagonist at the end of the movie, what the antagonist did to the protagonist at the beginning of the movie.

The most hyped up and talked about stunt i.e. riding the bike off the cliff?

Well, the silence in the theatre was unbelievable!



It is definitely a movie to be watched in the cinema, for sure!

the story about the key just went on and on and i think that’s the only thing i didn’t like about this part 1. other than that, great action and acting
