Wow, is PostLaju really that slow? I utilize PostLaju to send items to my buyers and take for instance an iPod touch that weighs only around 700g... It takes only one to two days to reach Sabah and is a far more affordable option to most buyers (they pay for the courier fees, in addition to the item's price) than those provided by courier companies...

Even a large 5.8kg BenQ E2200HD monitor could reach KB in a day via PostLaju... So how come our TS' item needs a month to reach East Malaysia? Post Malaysia cannot be that unreliable hor? ohmy.gif

does the buyer agree the postage method before the item shipped out?
both buyer n seller need to find the update of their item. used the tracking no.call the service provider.

IMO seller n buyer can consider each other. refund RM15. 50%. RM15 still mau kira ka? help each other. if dont want refund, buyer still can sell the book to other people.if the parcel arrive la..

First of all, when the buyer asked me how long it will take to reach him, I told him around 5-8 days (not knowing the exact time it will take).

the mistake is on your part for making a promise that the shipment will arrive in 5-8 working days. if you do not know the exact time, you should checked before saying anything.

QUOTE
I told the buyer and he told me that he could not wait anymore and requested for a refund.

obviously, the delivery time was crucial to his decision to buy the books from you. it sounds like he is entitled to a refund.

By ship, it takes 1 month. By air, around 1 week. Last time i did "shipped" my stuff back from johor to sarawak and it took 1.5months to arrive. So the time frame given by pos office is correct.

Went to the post office on last Sat. Forgotten it was the first week of Sat. So closed alredi. Dad went to Post Office today to help me claim. I got my items safely. The books are alright. Except for bio success book kinda bring me down. But I would say he/she's reliable. Hopefully my friend won't get angry. Btw, thx for the books and don't forget to tick airway instead. Will be looking forward to trade with you next time. Cheers. biggrin.gif
