if nforce2 for athlon xp (soket A) and nforce3/4 for soket 939 ..wat can i say ...is very good
i compaq lappy use nforce 630M ..damn hot ..idle edy 50c and onboard mcp (gc) bout 60c
If load......u know wat temp will be sweat.gif

i not vy sure, but i got 1 fren using nvidia chipset MB, that din break out the NB/SB, so the sink is damn hot...

From my previous exp, the chipset is damn good. Ive used nforce 2 ultra(s462) and nforce 4 ultra(s939) and yet to exp nforce 4 chipset on am2 platform hmm.gif

NF4 AM2 should perform same as NF4 s939.
very hot because northbridge + southbridge combine together.
u slap one full copper mini-sink = kautim cool.gif

NForce chipset on current system does not perform quite good.
IINM they still using 90nm/110nm?
Plus its better combos if using AMD Chipset smile.gif

hi...anybody manage to get stable above 3.8 for phenom 2 940 beside pikacu( 1.5v or less)
