Probably memory stick corrupted? Normally all those stuffs are in the memory stick right?

Ow no. I didn't initially charged mine for 8 hours. The charger went cold after bout 2 hours, and it says fully charged. Does it affects the battery's life? The battery's been drying kinda fast lately.

On the other hand, I'm able to charge mine till 100%.

I've always set the screen brightness to the near minimum at 60%. I'd say this phone's screen is great outdoors at lower brightness as well!

Weird, I understand that it'll slowly reduce from 100% due to as they mentioned due to network synchronization and all that. But, I'm able to hit 100% during charging, and immediately after removal from the charger. Although it doesn't last that long before it reduces to 91%+. But heck, 99% and 100% is only 1% difference Nevertheless, try extending the duration of charging to say, 5-10 minutes extra?

Well, if they said it's that way.. then I've no further comment. Did you checked the status while the charger is still running or after you've remove it? The next time I fully charge I'll snap a picture for you yeah?

Can the phone be charged? Does the 'Charging' screen appear during charging? Try asking her to remove the battery and insert it back again. I personally did not encountered such a problem before though.

Probably it's just the battery or firmware problem, try asking her to call the service center and ask. Hopefully it's an original set, then it wouldn't be a big deal to repair or replace the batts.

It vibrates? That shows that the phone is indeed charging. I've got a bad feeling it might be the 'see saw' cable connecting to the screen is faulty. So the screen went blank. It's just my deductions, I'm not sure of anything though. Try testing by pressing 'C' to turn on the phone, and see whether it could still receive calls (there should be a dialing tone from the caller if the line is active).

I think she shouldn't be worried of the warranty, since it's within a month of purchase. If it's the battery prob, the warranty should be still valid for the charger, battery and handsfree. There should be 1 year warranty for the phone from the place she bought the phone.

No problem. Just make sure that they don't charge unnecessarily. If they do, always check the market price for any parts recommended.

Hey! That's exactly the same as my set. My 5 and 6 has dots, including some slight ones on 8. The top keypad buttons have brighter backlighting. Sigh.

Darn, awesome deal. Just when I've bought the phone and a 8gb memory card not too long ago.

So far 8gb doesn't gave me any problem, and the price for a 4gb is just about right.. bout RM50-55 the last I've checked.

Superb camera. It supports video call and of course 3G. But there's no frontal camera.

Some forumers claim that C905 is able to read 16GB M2 cards, and so are other newer SE phones. They said as long as the card is formatted with FAT32 file system, even 32GB cards are suitable with our phones. Dunno how true though

On the other hand, anybody able to use the Wayfinder MapLoader to download maps? I got it to run for like, awhile before the updating bar vanishes without warning
