My old nokia 2100 life going end soon. So I go ask for SE W902. But they told me W902 is no more in market. May I know why?

After that, the shop guy intro me C905. But after read this thread feel like C905 so unreliable. Is it really so bad?

Actually i dont recommend you go for c905 because it will give you alot trouble unless you're the 1% lucky person

My C905 got a problem, when calls come in, it only can vibrate, no sound come out at all. When i try to play the MP3, it is the same, no sound at all. Guess is the bottom speaker spoil, anyone have the same problem before?

I go check with SE shop yesterday. They said the C905 that manufacture after Jun 2009 is no more problem. Is that true?

skymonster, me myself used to be a C905 user, but i wouldn't recommend you to get it.... there are alot other choices out there with 8.1mp camera, C905 is really a disappointment. When it was first released, i bought it at 1720, and i trade in the phone for only 500. Ban c905 for life

FINALLY rma'ed my c905!.. sweet.. now it looks more like brand new phone.. lol

I gotta say, BBS rawks!.. they fixed my phone in less than an hour, awesome service indeed.

Btw guys, whats the latest firmware now?... i don't see any firmware release notes at the first page..

And ohyah, the google map mobile works really well, anyone knows how they charge that service?... do they just charge like ur using 3G?..

I got that quite frequent last week. And today, the phone finally give up and take no more charging. Can anyone recommend a good shop to repair it as my warranty are over. Thanks

This phone price is really rock bottom. Depreciating too much IMHO. Its still too good a phone to be priced like this.

Yea..it's kinda depressed to c the price drop so much...

I think it's because of w995 being released which is the other half of C905. thats why the price dropped so fast

I heard the newer batch seem better but i doubt on it.. Still worry it have problem on it that's why our AP supplier also don't dare to take in C905 AP set anymore.

Im one of the 1st original C905 user in Msia... bought it at RM1720...
now the phone still functions OK. Definitely lost the WOW factor already...
Let me sum up the user experience after um... 1 year+ of usage..

Pros:
-Good basic phone
-Above average media functions
-No lags in user interface
-Above average camera

Cons:
-Slider form factor (will get loose)
-Paint peeling off (At the navigation D-pad)
-Stupid stupid fast port (unstable, dodgy connection after few months)
-Keypad sux keypad sux keypad sux
-Not much modding available...(since so little people use it)
