Well for one, Xenon is probably 10x brighter than a dedicated torch light, the battery won't last 5 minutes if used continuously, I don't think any manufacturer wants that kind of battery life for their phones It will never happen I guess.

It will automatically turned off after some time.Of course u cant use it as a lamp..but it can be very bright.It's usefull when u 4got to bring a torchlight

Nah,when the light turned off,u juz on and off the camera.Yea my earpierce broken too.But mine still under warranty...gonna send it for repair soon..

W995. Its thinner but loses out on the Xenon flash.

i dont think there is any problem on W995~and it also can take quite sharp photo with modded camdriver.And even better SQ with modded acoustic driver
