when should we take them? pre, post, b4 sleep, after sleep?
also how much & how many times to take per day?
i plan to get creapure creatine monohydrate and L-glutamine. from what i have read, 5g of creatine per day is enough. i plan to take glutamine due to the soreness(just started going to gym last week). some say glutamine is useless and some disagree. any advices?

get whey instead. are you already on whey?

5g per day is okay. Post-workout with dex is even better.

Vince delmonte says glutamine is not needed. Its a waste, and only needed when your body is in extreme exhaustion/trauma. But I guess anything u can get your hands on to help with recovery is good for you.

Creatine with carbs intake.

Glutamine - anytime. I'll recommend to take for pre+during workout. Some people take them for whole day.

upon further reading, i noticed that different carbs have different glycemic index(GI). what are some example of food with dextrose that i can use? any pure dextrose out there(manufacture name?)

creatine before workout boosting!
creatine intra workout still boosting!
creatine after workout boost recovery!
creatine is produced by human body or consumed through diet(rare, in large amount of raw meat), use in ATP as energy supply
most of your muscle made by glutamine, glutamine is non-essential amino acid which is nature occur in body, you can consume it after and before your workout, it is supplement=$$ so i recommend dun take it regularly...you should consume whole food
