How come lots of ppl got conned by him? Is he really that good?
 Best way to deal in ebay is by checking their feedback... at least must have 500 & above positive feedback by other buyers... & try not to buy from our local seller... tend to have more conmen rather than a genuine goodness to honest seller... |

Maybe go from house to house disguise as government officer & ask for the household info
 If they enquire, told them it's for survey that the government is currently conducting...  |

No need to give to police officer... better pass it to TS & ask someone else to "settle" it once & for all, before more ppl become the conmen's victims...
