Saya ingin mulakan dengan sedikit info tentang barangan ini. Sebenarnya barangan ini ialah barang underwater (Ditahan Kastam). Sebab itulah barang ini murah. Saya mempunyai beberapa unit untuk dijual secepat mungkin, jadi, anda tidak perlu Bid. Anda boleh beli terus daripada saya. Oleh sebab stok saya terhad, jadi, siapa cepat dia dapat. Mengenai Warranty, Warranty penuh selama 1 Tahun akan diberikan oleh Principal di Hong Kong. Ini adalah kerana barang ini dibawa masuk dari Hong Kong. Tetapai bukan itu sahaja, saya juga memberi Warranty Penuh dari pihak saya selama 3 bulan. Yang mana, kalau ada apa apa masalah dalam masa 3 bulan, inform saya secepat mungkin, saya akan menggantikan dengan unit yang baru. Barang ini 100% Baru dan Original, bukan imitation, recond atau second hand. Jika selepas pembelian tidak memuaskan hati anda, saya akan full refund.

Selain daripada itu, COD atau COC hanya boleh dibuat oleh pembeli pembeli saya yang terdahulu (2nd / 3rd deal boleh COD), jika ini adalah deal kita yang pertama, pembayaran hanya boleh dibuat melalui Bank transfer dan saya akan courier pada encik/cik melalui Poslaju. Pas2 aku trus duk siasat2 psl penipu bodo ni last2 skali aku jumpa forum ni,check punya check,kes2 lam forum ni sebijik sama ngan aku nyer cuma bezanyer aku blom bankin apa2 lg fuhhhhh selamat rm1800 aku,klo ikutkan memang nk bankin ari tu jugak lepas cakap ngan dia.

so guys, never ever deal with this so-called 'barang kastam'. even if they claim barang kastam, please please please please deal in COD/COC.never ever pay 1st even deposit rm10.. i'm really2 sick with this style of con and pity to those who had been conned or still in conning . frankly, i used to be conned for konon2 7 units nokia n70 (in 2006/2007) for total of rm5500. i couldn't ever retrieve back that money although police report was made 4 times.

Don't you think that there's a possibility that the damned con man might be reading this forum??? There are millions of LYN visitors. It would be ignorant for us to think that he is not among those millions keeping tab on this thread and making his next move to cover his tracks.

Obviously if so, he comes across all ur complaints here, and after that, he can simply change his ebay account, change his details, buy a new number, etc

I have an idea on how to catch him but I wouldn't want to post it here.

But one thing for sure is that the numbers are true. Nowadays, in order to have a cell number, you have to pen your personal details b/c the network provider must ask for your ic! They will ask for your ic!

I'm guessing after he cons someone, he will promptly cancel his previous number and simply get a new one. He doesn't want to get caught by simply omitting the previous numbers. If you see his many many previous numbers, he uses maxis most of the time if not all. If you buy a new number at a small top up shop, they will only fill in forms for you. If they work slow, it will take a couple of days for your new number to be inputted into the maxis system. That gap of a couple of days might be the most suitable time for him to con anyone of you.

Last week, my friend kid brother also got scam by 1 seller for Nikon DSLR (RM3K)..not sure either from ebay or another forum..
already made report police and we (together with the officer) went to the scammer house.. shocking part is the scammer is a "GIRL" age around early 20's..OMG, look so innocence!! her parents said she's a dropout from school and now working as a seller in a Mall

we ask her to explain and she denied everything..give us reason like her online banking info got hack or hijack by others and cannot access for the past 2months..can you guys believe that? she even denied making any transaction or recognize my friend phone number..the police cannot chk her phone since there's no warrant..it ends there with a warning

however we and the police trying collect more evidence and trap her

So guys, please beware of SCAMMER..once u got cheated, most likely u won't get your money back for sure..Cyber Crime is not easy deal with since there's no hard prove..most of them will just slip away just like that

My advice is even you cant COD, but pretend that you can COD and ask to COD at a place. If he refuse, then beware~~

MIMOS shud be able to track IP details of his post in ebay and his emails. From IP address they can know where is the location of the internet user.

Police shud and can do something about it. Its just that they are lazy to do something.

Plus MAXIS too can help to track this conmen on his whereabouts....from where is he calling from....they have the details.

I suggest before any online payment outside the ebay/paypal, google up the sellers' name . Normally, they will use the account number using the same account's name. Looking up the seller feedback is another way to ascertain their honesty. Believe me, I learn this the hard way too.

Even if the scammer use different account number and different name, google up their name will reveal they are scammers via database of victims. But downside is, someone will become a victim before others get notice.

Making complain to banks are useful but remember that banks are doing business too. They depend on us, including scammers for business. The bank staff as in the case of CIMB discussed here, who knows the legality issues will take advantage of loopholes there is. For example, banks cannot simply hold/freeze customer account though you report that he's a dishonest seller. It is up for the Police to liaise with the bank for investigation, but more often than not, the money is gone forever.

As in my case, I try to stop the transaction the moment I found out (from google) that he is dishonest (within 40minutes). There is a high chance to get back the money with the proof from other victim (or so I think) but the bank procedures is to obtain police report and only then, they try to hold/freeze the scammers account with no guarantees. The analogy is when A transfers to B, it belongs to B. The bank will need to ask B for such return in case of fraud/incorrect deposit but normally no hold/freeze (or so I was told). Maybe such power could only be exercised upon by Bank Negara.

this scammer is con too many ppl money ...from what i see from the post. why he still can be outside and with nothing happen. what happen to the bank? he just can open the account like that and the police cant catch him?
Better ask for opinion whether this person can blacklisted in opening account in any bank in malaysia...

If he is nothing happen to him, then we also can do the same method d. no proof at all... police also no mood to entertain this type of case.
