Hi guys...I think is almost time for every1 to pay the international fees.I have 1 enquiry ie do we pay our fees for the whole course  according to the year we enrol in or do we pay differently each year becox they increase the fees every year....Thanks a lot....
*
check you offer letter lah......it's all stated there........

very few oz unis now fix their fees for the whole course, most will increase the fees every year pegged to inflation, and you will be informed yearly how much you have to pay each semester.......

why should they destroy your other driving licence?........there is no rule that says one can only own one driving licence.......

in any case, oz allows dual citizenship, so there is no problem with someone having aussie and another country's passport........so i don't see what's the issue with a mere driving licence.....

SAM and AusMat is like the same thing. Both are recognised all over Australia, and even all over the world too. Its just 2 different programmes. Its a business strategy thingie imo.

And also, yeah, SAM is probably the easiest Pre-u around. When I compared my A Level math with SAM's specialist math, w00t. Hell of a difference. Like SAM's spec math only covered half of what we covered. SAM won't kill you.
*
sam is based, as the name indicates, on the south australian school syllabus, and ausmat as people understand it here, ie the sunway ausmat is based on the western australia school syllabus......

each individual states in oz have significant autonomy, including education, so each state runs it's own schools and unis......eg. nsw and victoria has the hsc.....

these results from different schools, regions, states, and then collated and moderated, to come up with a national percentile TER score (called enter in vic, uac in nsw).......

and no, sam is not the easiest pre-u.......that distinction belongs to cpu.....canadian pre-u......

29" is fine for check in.....the main problem with big bags is they are difficult to handle, and may not fit in small boots........for a 20-25kg load, the ideal size is 25".........i would suggest buying a new bag......

total dimension restriction applies to flights to north america and some other countries, you allowance was restricted by size, each piece not exceeding 32kg!

Those who like Singapore Airlines .

Please be advised, all Singapore Airlines flights are being operated on the
Airbus 330-300 series in the month of December. However, this may change if
necessary, due to operational reasons.

I have emailed them about this question as I saw they're using Airbus A330-300/400 in this coming December .
*
all sq flights to brisbane, perth, and adelaide will gradually be switched to their brand new a330-300 aircrafts as some old 777's and 747's are retired.......melbourne and sydney flights will continue to use a mixture of b777, b747 and a380........

in any case, what's the problem with the a330?

the earlier 777's are pretty old, and will be 'retired' (ie sold off to other airlines), the newer 777er's are meant for very long haul routes that have smaller traffic......i think the a330's is a temporary measure while waiting for the 787............

The interesting part about rate cuts is that it generally causes the exchange rate to fall, not rise. This is due to the fact that the dollar becomes less 'enticing' as it was when interest rates were higher, this was reflected quite well over the past few months which is why I am wondering why its rising AFTER a rate cut
*
currency traders pretty much factor in rate changes well before it actually happens, so expect to see movements a week or 2 before the actual change....subsequent movements more reflect other factors rather than the rate change itself.......

generally, items like ladies handbags, and nowadays, notebook bags or backpacks, are considered 'personal' items, and they do not consider that 'cabin luggage'.......so the optimal way is to have an IATA compliant cabin trolley bag, and your computer backpack...........you can stuff the trolley up to 10 kg, they will usually not mind.......

you can minimise actually carrying stuffs, by slinging the computer backpack on the trolley bay and pulling them as one, easing the load.......

erm. it is more of my father decision. i was hoping to do postgraduate here.

yeah. direct into their pharmacy programme.

so why waste money attending ucsi?.......

hmmm....so curtin pharmacy cut-off isn't that high, compared to monash (ter 95, or a-level/stpm 13 points.....)

curtin cut off is 12 points. so it is just the difference of a point to me. might be a lot to you though.

partly, i have more than 6 months available as i missed their february intake last year and i paid ucsi before gettting curtin's offer.

actually it is 14 at a levels.......but it appears they accept 13 for stpm......i think they know stpm is a tougher exam then cie a-levels....... biggrin.gif
