Okay ... I will just use Australia Post then since it's just 1 item . I'll be using Registered Post from Australia Post though ... I would need to sign it in order to receive right ? Can I also nominate another person to sign it for me if I'm not there ? What's the difference between normal Australia Post and Registered Post ? I thought both need to sign because it's a parcel ?

You should try to look at Australia Post website then. Here what I have found

Benefits of Registered Post within Australia

A unique identification number for every article
Proof of posting is available only when an article is presented at a post office counter and accompanied by a Registered Post lodgement form (required for all enquiries or claims)
A signature obtained on delivery
Compensation of up to $100 is included

Often, the delivery driver will just ask anyone residing in your house to sign. The only problem is if there was no one at home. But, you may choose the "safe drop" option. The delivery driver will look for a safe location at the address where the parcel can be left and a notification card will then be placed in your letterbox informing you the location of the parcel. I have received many parcels at my house but I never signed for any of them. either my other housemates have signed or the delivery driver just left them in front of my house main door.

I have been reading that for days . You're not afraid that it's gonna get stolen ? I will confirm with my seller , She might made a mistake with the normal post and Registered Post .

Hey guys , Anyone of you have transferred your drivers license ? As in Transfer Malaysian to Australian ( Retake the Law Exam , Practicial Exam ) . Anyone did that ?

I might have to do that to avoid any further trouble as I might be a PR , I might just transfer it now since I'm free . I need the letter of consignment a.k.a Verification from the council of JPJ .

Any ideas ?

no, you misunderstand.

I'm not asking bout the generalities of the visa. I'm asking specifically to lawl how long his visa took to be approved. because i wanna try to have mine done before jan 1st >_<

Doesn't matter what course do you take , It's just general . Usually around 2-3 weeks , You can ask your agent(If you have one) . I don't think that they'll prioritize who starts first , First come first serve I think . You should have applied last month if you're worried about this .

no statements or anything..

Hmm , I'll find out more . I know that either will work , But I want to know which saves more time .

I'm planning to study in Australia and most probably within Sydney. I'm completely new in doing research for education in Australia. I glanced through the universities listed in Sydney especially the fees but I'm still rather clueless.

What could be the most affordable University in Sydney for business degree (finance, econs) yet wouldn't compromise its quality? Recommendation? So far, I suppose it's University of Western Sydney, if I'm not wrong? Is it hard to enter? Idea? Thanks

You might want to consider some other places as well . Not just Sydney . Sydney is a highly populated city , So the fees would still be ''high'' regardless of places as all of them are quite competitive ( UNI ) . You may also want to try Tasmania ? Perth ? Just look around and compare . Recognition wise - It won't differ that much .

Thank you for the advice. I somehow inclined towards Sydney because of the available accomodation. I might be able to settle within Sydney. I don't know much about Australia but I heard the living expenses is quite expensive in Sydney? Subjectively asking, will it be cheaper for me to afford education in other province + acco + living expenses compared to Sydney's just education + living expenses only?

Anyone can give me some insight in this matter?

Highly appreciated. Thanks!

Then go for the available accommodation in Sydney and use the money that are supposed to be the money for accommodation for something else. FEES wise are not that big in a different . You may be able to consider part time as well to help you and put you more into a comfortable place ( Financial Wise )
