hm...my recent visit was staying at semporna.

snorkelling - kapalai : so-so only. many dead/bleached corals. but no floating rubbish

mabul - near jetty : nice fishes, coral ok but suddenly surrounded by rubbish and badan all gatal2 already.

my bet is better to go sibuan if u can't go sipadan.
