so hor, now my flight will arrive tawau at 6.30pm....i a bit sked, later flight delay and i arrive tawau too late, and then can't get taxi to semporna on that day itself then my trip really terus mess up 99 d....

Sipadan is super beautifull. School of jackfish and Baracudda ... Easier to spot turtles too

For snorkeling if I rate mabul/kapalai at A, sipadan will be AAA+++ liao

Can't imagine how much awesome it will be if diving

Coz my camera underwater case masuk air until my camera also rosak @@

Ps: I went to mabul and kapalai(near the resort there) too. Both got crystal clear water too but can't see much fish

Whao ur trip is rush.

IMO tawau got nothing, worse than semporna. Just direct head to semporna and book snorkeling trip for the next day.

If u can't find boatman, then just get it from any dive shop lo. No need book advance

3rd day if u go snorkeling, when reach back semporna should be around 5pm d. From semporna to tawau airport will be abit more than 1 hour .

But then again, u need to find a place to bath lolx

PS: tawau to semporna is around 90 minutes. Tawau airport to semporna is around 70mins. Tawau airport to tawau is around 30minutes. Depends if got road block will take longer

kapalai or sipadan water village (located at mabul island) is around RM400 per person per night for cheapest room . include 3 meals, boat transfer, and 1 snorkeling trip per day

lol. I stayed at sipadan inn2 and vs hotel before too.

semporna basically nothing much to do la...just a very small town. if makan i recommend the chinese restaurant which is same row with scuba junkies office. the food is very cheap and gooding if you order from the menu where the dish comes with fixed price.

basically, semporna got nothing la.

I guess you are non diver, so 2nd day just go mabul island snorkel lo. U will back at semporna at around 5pm++ d

For me, I won't recommend you go to Tawau. Might as well spend another night at Semporna. Then 3rd day, go Kapalai island snorkel around, back to semporna at around 5pm ++ then terus take taxi go to Tawau airport.

unless u had found something interesting at Tawau la, then i no comment, if not, just skip it.

i did not stay at those 2 but on sipadan water village. while service is ok and it looks nice outside, the room itself is quite dated riao

IMO sipadan, even for just snorkeling, the underwater life, fish and turtles...is just pure superb! Can even see shark (if lucky la) . redang and pulau payar is just like baby climbing, while sipadan is like F1 cars lol
