I owned Creative, altec and Klipsch. IMHO Klipsch GMX 2.1 win my heart in term of DEEP BASS and clarity . For more punch i have change my stock cable to canare with neutrik plug. stock cable can't bring high freq well and produce hiss sound when no music played.

my best speaker was a very old altec lansing acs45.1. it holds it bass so well that i could still clearly remember well how it sounded...

its dead now after 7 years due to a lightning strike...

using an old skool cambridge soundworks 510D... one of the best from the old skool...

currently the one that strikes my heart most is the edifier S530D...but only heard at friends place and shop..dont own one..

Creative S750 was good for me but exactly after a year it decided to blow up. So now i'm using Logitech Z5500 and it seems to be more reliable since it has a fuse to protect it from being fried just in case. ;x
