it should be a good news in term of stock performance. the higher the risks the higher of the returns. sweat.gif

due to the oil price crash, these country may need to transform to another sector for income, tourism, services, hotel, so... they unable to stop the on going projects, if not the related sector will die at the end. so, construction sector is still need to continue with lower profits.
