for those of you who have had the certificate problem, either do the steps shown in the 1st page or try doing this :
settings > application mgr. > installation sett. > online certificate check > off

i had no problems installing apps on mine...but of course, i did the reset mentioned on the 1st page but didn't install that app signer...
