QUOTE(yngwie @ Apr 22 2009, 08:15 PM) i saw quite a number of stock waja with profile 60 tyres. my neighbour is running on 55 front and 60 rear. good for rear occupant but not for fast cornering. will try to get a picture soon. im not racing driver... btw, i just changed to yokohama c-drive profile 55. awesome cornering and good overall grip but the tyres is a bit noisy on uneven surface. anyone using the bridgestone re001, barum bravia or any directional thread tyres? care to share the experience? thanks about the 4-2-1 extractor, a friend of mine is using hotbits; it cracked(for no reason) after 3 months... maybe he is unlucky. just a happy leasure guy... prefer to comfort than sportier thats y thinking to change 60 series with 15" rim.. however... i also would like to see if this setup better with spring sport or standard spring (all with standard abs).. thanks for anybody upload the pic... |

QUOTE(matt wee @ Aug 14 2009, 09:49 PM) hi,can i know what the FC for waja 4g18 AT? hard to describe its good or not..as i getting waja 2001 4g18 AT...is it really high FC?for city driving? of course can't compare with small cc car... but i do think that waja give u comfort and confident.. FC neglectible... mine tyre size 195/55/15 (CCT1) FC : 12.5 KM/L (50%city,50%highway) after change to Tyre size 195/60/15 (Falken ZE912) FC : 10.5 ~ 12 KM/L (10.5KM/L for quite hardcore driving... Change tyre size also can affect FC... I guess.. |

Hi all bro...
Today I want to change my atf fluid and its cost RM70 (toyota ATF 4Liter)... Then the shop owner told me that waja need nearly 5Liter ATF and Toyota ATF don't sell 1Liter... Is it true that our waja need more than 4 Liter for ATF? |

I just bought new sport rim 15" a couple days ago...
my problem is tyre noise become louder than standard rim.. Is it because my new rim a lot lighter (5~6 kg/pcs) compare my old standard waja rim (2002 model)? Im using same tyre that use at my old standard rim and its still new (2 month old).. This post has been edited by wch5274: Sep 7 2009, 11:57 PM |

QUOTE(b48753 @ Sep 8 2009, 01:17 PM) QUOTE(b48753 @ Sep 8 2009, 03:10 PM) 7.0 JJ is better coz the rim's width is bigger, better on handling, but beware when rain comes. El-cheapo like Lenso or K-Speed should be ok, but the most important find the lightweight rims so not sacrifice the performance. my rim pic belowweight is same with lenso & KII.. (already test lift up.. really light.. actually want to buy lenso.. but the shop take RM200 for my old rim so i go another shop that offer RM350... brand = volkner racing offset = 6.5JJ performance achieve = better handling, light steering control, acceleration increase (or just my feeling.. cons = tyre noise louder (same tyre use).. forget to mention.. I already done sound proofing inside cabin (except engine wall area)... so still sound intrusion not like normal old waja.. |
