Developers have to be paid! I won't set off a whole argument over why good quality commercial software costs money because few here comprehend the value of software, which also happens to be the most important component that they use everyday. You may have a great computer that you are willing to spend top dollar and brag about on forums, but without a decent OS, what is the use?

Btw, I must say the 2140 is absolutely awesome. I just got my unit with the HD display last week and it has been working beautifully, especially with Windows 7 RC on it (wiped off the archaic XP Home off it). For those who must complain, Windows 7 RC is free for now with a 1 year trial, so it's a great OS to try out.
