hey guys, i read a thread here somewhere saying that its better to buy your own material to make a suit, as they would charge you premium price for a decent quality material. Some of u guys suggested to get them on ebay, but im would like to know how many meters should i get to make a 2 piece suit.

Im fairly big size, 6'0 height, Chest is around 54" and waist is around 36" (at least thats what the pants say), should i just get 4m worth of fabric.?

Its way much easier to alter the length of cuffs without functional cuff buttons. About ruining the suit, i doubt any tailor could ruin it. But ask M&S if they do alteration first. Its probably free if they do.

But its not. Just the facade of the place did not make u think about it. Its pricey too. But they probably have what you want. Kotmj says they do not do modern suits cuts. You have to go there to know if their style works for you.

Well, I guess I will know soon enough how such a shoulder looks like on a real person. I'm thinking of doing a concave shouldered tuxedo (among other suits) for my next photoshoot. Thinking of getting this guy to model it:
