By next week, Monday 12th Feb 2008 he will make the 1st refund to me which is RM180. And for the remaining fund, he will make the payment the same week, which is Friday is not I'm mistaken. This info is obtained during the conversation with me and TS in phone call. And this is what he had promised to me.

8th Jan Updates:

looks like he's start refunding the money, anyway im preparing a backup plan just incase he's try to run away,
i just got an email from my superior for this seller transaction, and im doing it using FRONT DOOR,
do pm me if seller doesnt keep his promises, i'll be the one to handle this case ..

Well.. Seems the this case is starting to turn to the bright side. Aznan, I hope all will going be clear off by chinese new year eh? Few of the fella here are going to celebrating CNY soon, ya refund might will them abit in preparing for the CNY.

This guy sold me his processor and motherboard for RM500 last month Dec 22nd and until now still have not receive it. From his Dec 29th explanation he told me that his housemate sent to the wrong address and may need a week to resent back to me. I only came across your thread recently. As of today Jan 10th I have contacted him and he had promise to refund me part amount in a week time. I hope he keep to his promise.

What a start for this 2009 year.

In actual fact, I have already confirm purchase with him on the 21 Dec and I only paid him on the 22 Dec. Look like I am the missing 4th victim they were mentioning.

hi again...as i said to all buyer thats all the postage made by my housemate...when i know all bout this problem im already contact all the person thats involve and trying to discuse to settle this problem...yes i admit thats im juts like earning "free money" and paying them back slowly...btw bro im not running away like others do..im still replying all sms and answering phone call and already trying to pay 1st amount to show thats im trying to settle this peacefully ...thx and sory

Updates for 13th January:

- Had called TS as this is the week that he promised to make refund. But unfortunately the TS unable to collect the cash and he agreed to pay me with his left buy computer hardware. And I decided to get his PSU and ram. The items has been successfully passed from TS to my friend at KL couple hours ago. Both item is with my friend, which he is come back to Kuching tomorrow. Will closed my dispute case with TS after I tested the item.

thx bro for accepting thats kind of refund hope everything goes well...now im trying to refund to others buyer as well...with darkzone also agree to take my proccessor as for the refund 2morrow meet his fren to give the item then left 2 person more i need to settle...hope everything go wll
