Do you noticed this starting to becoming a loan-free services? People earned nothing, yet they need to pay you and get back their own money slowly. You should give them some incentives.

Updates for the day 5th Jan:

- Had sms seller and ask him about the refund procedures this morning, end up I offer him an option which is pay by installment. Which seller agreed and promised that he will make the 1st half installment to me by next Monday, 12th January 2008. And the remaining will be on the same week but ain't sure the dates. I hope Seller will hold his promise and do what he had says. Anyways, I try not to push too hard and urge the seller for making refund. Since he is response to this dispute.

Kinda agree with ur statement. This case seems like we are borrowing our money to him to clear his debt and by slowly he pay us back later. But for as me, I don't really care about the interest/incentive. For now, what I wan is, my money back and case closed. I had learn't my lesson. But wander what's on the mind for other buyer.

- I know ur catching this thread from time to time, but hopefully u will hold ur words and remember what u had says to me, and what u had promise. I had been very patient and offering u an solution by do the refund with installment. I'm giving u a chance to sometime to settle this dispute. I hope u will give me a satisfy answer. Lets don't make us lost our patient & trust on u.

what happened to the buyers money actually?

Read page 1? Well.. Seller claims that his housemate is running away with his on sales items. Because seller is busy and he ask his housemate to do the shipping, but the housemate end up did not do the shipping and run away with his items. Seller take our payment for his item to make house rental, fix his car perhaps and so on. (This is what according to seller sms, i could show the sms statement here if needed)

According to seller, few days ago then he realized his friend is conning him after buyer (me, darkzone, enzim10 & others) keep call and sms him about didnt received the goods. Now, seller stand up here and declare this matter, and he says he will make the refund back to buyer which is us. But he need some time to collect the fund before can make refund. As is around 1k+ involved in this case.

So do u clear with the matter now?

Haha.. Its okie bro. Its a complicated story also, and might sounds fishy others. But heck, now i don't care about hows the actual story goes. What i want (and other buyer that involved wants as well, I believe) is, seller refund all the money that involved in this case. Hopefully seller will hold his promise that he had make to me, which is by next Monday. As he had failed me once, I hope there will be no twice.

Am a newbie here but coming from other forums, codex is right. Time to make the report because this sort of people ruin the trade forum. They'll keep making up some grandmother story to escape.

Other potential buyers also will kena if this fella is allowed to get away.

yea i know this fella... codex a person with blacklist in frauding and hacking....have been 2 times behind bars becouse frauding u can check with maybank or FTEC company....about rm300 thats is between me and him and the cyber cafe owner...so its not including this problem...as i know him since 2002....like i said here thats i will refund and give a promise edy...so up to guys to belive to ppl like codex with a background with police with frauding ppl creadit card or me...for me he just wanted to give ppl belive thats i will lie about the refund and some more he know where did i live..then why didnt he come and meet me to settle things up but just waiting for this problem and give a bad story about me.

this not also have cases with police but also with interpol...as many of ours fren know about him

last year (2008) if im not mistaken on jan/feb i help this guy to setup a cybercafe,
cybercafe setup successful 2 weeks later, then this guy promised me sum amount,
till then the stories goes on and off, promised to pay but didnt pay the balance of rm300,
tired of asking and waiting, then i just ignore the it coz i know i wont get the money back ..
after a while i was informed by a friend that this guy is scamming another forumer in LYN,
guess what? mess at a wrong place, time to send this fella to jail!

- i will get current balance for your MAYBANK account, and it's not illegal as im using a FRONT DOOR to do it =)

actually i have already discuss with fylon about payment with him and im agree with him to pay by installment...and to enzim i promise him to pay within 7 day...coz i cant pay all the buyers in 1 payment so hope the buyer to give a time for me to find money to pay...but as i said i will pay a.s.a.p

- Zangetsu had called me just now and we talked for couple mins regarding to the refunding issues (I believe he did called u and other forumer as well right?). I think we should give him time until next week before any action is been taken. As Zangetsu had promised that by next week he will make the refund, why not we give him sometime to take a breath and collect fund? We want this thing to be settle in a better way and fair to each of the party right? Why not we gave Zangetsu a chance and let him refund us? Since he is confident to says he will make it by next week. Let sit back and see hows the real thing goes. Agree? We had his information on hand now, I don't think is hard for us to find him / lodge police if he really wanna run away. Be fair and be square to him. Since he dare to reveal his own details, I think he is sincere to make the refund.

TS also want to settle this prob peacefully...but u must gave they actual timeframe for ur refund planning..so u can follow the plan...TS will update at his 2nd post ur planning..so please pm him ur planning...fair and square to others forumer as well..hope u to settle who u conned 1st..
