History of transaction:-

-when i saw his thread to sell his processor 6000+ for rm220 i directly pm him on 18/12/2008 7.16PM...



-then we deal in phone because i provide my phone no to him in pm.he gave his detail and information via phone.
-on 21/12/2008 around 7.30am like that i directly bank in to his account RM200...
-after that i sms him told that i already bank in to him. he promise me to sent using courier that morning...
-here where the story begin...in the evening (21/12/2008) he called and told me that he work and dun have time to post to me on that day. he promise again to sent out 2morrow.
-starting 22/12/2008 till 24/12/2008 i not contact or pm him at all.because i expect my proc already sent out.
-on 25/12/2008 at 2.44am i pm him asking for tracking no.
-then evening around 3.30pm he called and told me that he asked his fren to post that item to me.unfortunately he said his friend not post using courier@poslaju. but his friend used NORMAL POST. he said he want to cancel the normal post at post office and want sent back using poslaju.
-after that i call and sms to ask for tracking no..no answer from ZANGETSU..but his phone never off..
-on 29/12/2008 he pm me back and tell me "bro my fren post to wrong person...but i already call the corrier company to cancel and send back to me...can u wait for 3 4 day or u want me to refund back?so sorry"



- i asking for refund me back...from that time i call and sms him my account number till yesterday but no answer from him..he never pick up or reply my sms..
-today morning 10.59am i really happy that he answer my phone and told me that he sleep...maybe he sleep at 29/12/2008 until today morning ... he told me again with his promise he will bank in this evening..but till now nothing happen at my account...
-maybe he asking his friend to bank in to my account but his friend wrongly bank in to other account..after this i expect he would like to ask for my patience to wait 2@3 days..because he want to call maybank to cancel the transaction..

TO ZANGETSU PLEASE REFUND BACK MY MONEY!!!

Case scenario:

- The case is quite complicated, as it involved quite a few parties. (seller, seller's housemate, buyer (me & DaRkZoNe, wrong shipping service used & etc) I try to make it as simple as I can -

30th December:
- I saw his thread on selling his MSI 8800GT >> http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=890359&hl= << for quick grab purpose, i SMS him and ask some general questions regarding to his GC and I'm satisfied with the figure and closed the thread. I bank in the money to him on right on the spot after and he promise me that he will sent out the GC on the next day.

31th December:
- I SMS him in the afternoon and ask for the tracking ID, and he reply me that he were BUSY, cant make the postage and he ask his housemate to make the shipping. And say he will sent me the tracking ID once he get home.

- In that night, around 9pm something I sms him and ask for the tracking ID, he tell me that he still busy at his work place (reason is to clear off his work so can enjoy his holiday, he claim that he will be on leave until Sunday which is today). Alright.. I give my patient again. In the might before turning to 2009, around 11pm something I sms him once again and he told me that we was on the way going home. Will update me again once he got home. Around 1145pm I got his sms says that all his friend are went out to celebrate new year and cannot contact them. He claim that there is no one pick the phone even he had tried to call them. Well.. This is undeniable since it is new year eve mostly people are going to celebrating it. I'm giving my tolerance to this.

1th Jan:
- I sms him in the morning to urge for the tracking ID, and I got his reply says that his friend went to holiday with girl friend. Oh man.. Is that really by chance? After new year celebration and directly go to holiday? Alright.. Once again I show him my kindness and generosity and ask him try to call his friend and chase for the tracking ID. In the evening, i sms him once again and ask about the tracking ID issues. He says that he still unable to contact his friend and offer me a solution which is, he says as if after Friday (2th Jan) & Saturda (3th Jan) the GC still not reaching me then he will make refund to me without questions. Alright, since he is so sincere and giving me such a good solution I once again gave my patient to wait for another 2 more days and see what the thing that going to turn out.

2th & 3th Jan:
- Din't even saw any poslaju courier van pass by my house. And I do sms him to tell him that I didn't get the GC. But somehow, sms him in the morning and after 10pm in the night then get his reply. Since I didnt get my GC thus i sms him and ask for my refund. In return, he ask me to sms him my details on the next day which is Sunday and he will make the refund to me. Alright, I did what he asked and wait for another day. He say he will sms once he done the refund.

4th Jan:
- Which is today Sunday, in the evening around 2pm (if I'm not mistaken) I sms and ask about the refund thingy.. Since I didnt get his sms about the refunding status and I did check on my Maybank account and found that the refund is not done. Once again, he claim that he will make the full refund to me by 2mrw. What a heck.. Another delaying of refund making. Somemore, he tell me that same thing as what he told DaRkZoNe, MAYBE HIS FRIEND POST OUT THE ITEM WITH NORMAL POST THAT IS WHY IT CAUSE THE LATE ARRIVAL OF THE GC. OMFG! Now then u say that? WTF man.. My patient has a limit thou. I had give enough time, patients, credits just to wait for his reply and his confirmation regarding to my purchase. But seller, seems don't k at all.

- I even tell the seller, as if after he refund me the money and i got his GC later (since he says his friend might be using normal post) I willing to pay him back the money.

Latest Update:

- I had just sms him about this dispute thread, and he reply to me and says that he knows about. Let me quote the details of the sms here:

My Conclusion:
- He never be a resposbile trade guy. Always delay his promise by giving alot of excuses.
- Dont really think that he is a real con man as he still response to my sms from time to time. (well, this apply to my case)
- Have confident to deal with him is because I saw on his tredelist he didnt quite a number of sales with COD & postage.

Suspicious points from what I see:
- Seller is hard to contact once after the deal is closed and payment made. Before payment is made, he could reply my sms once after 2-3mins i sent to him. But once payment made, it might takes hours just to wait for his 1 reply.

- Seller always is BUSY And ask for his friend / housemate to do the shipping to him. And his so call housemate / friend always use NORMAL POST instead of courier.

- Seller is always sounds good and responsible by giving empty refund promise. Although he claimed that he will make the refund but it will never come true.

- From the latest update from seller, he claim that his LYN nick is not only use by him to make thread over here. But his friend too.

P/s: I had kept all the sms that he sent to me regarding on this deal. But it all store in my P1i, anyone that know whats what application can be use to capture the phone screenshot? Please tell me, so i could upload the SS of the sms.

To MOD:
- If transaction proof needed to be upload, please tell me. I do keep the SS of the transaction made. I had his real name which is show in maybank TT and his maybank account.

to TS:
- Feel so sorry for ur case, but we both are the victims any my amount are bigger then urs. Anyways, I had pm some of the forumer's that had COD with him before. Most of them giving me positive feedback regarding to this guy. That is what make me has confident to deal with him and also with his tradelist he didnt quite a number of sales before. But who knows.. Thing ain't that smooth as paid today, courier tmorrow and the next day we got our thing. I do keep have his FS link. Do tell me if u need. His photo were inside too. (Dont worry if u cannot find his photo on his FS profile, I had save a copy on my desktop. Seller details will not be reveal until MOD approve it.

To Seller:
- If ur reading this thread, I hope u will make my refund to me by tomorrow as u says. Otherwise, I have to take some action. Well, don't tend that I'm from East Malaysia and ur located at the west and I cant do anything. Well, there is always a way to work out a thing.

- I don't mind to round out the figure to RM400 as payment to u AS IF ur GC reach me after u made the refund. With the term & condition of u have to refund me by tomorrow as u mentioned. TQ!

What is his full name in the bank account? what bank he used?

if you have friends in the bank, ask them to give you the details of that account holder (address, REAL contact no, IC no, etc).

Thanks for ur input. As i had did several trade over here. Its almost 10k worth of my trade including COD & postage and I never face such a complicated one before. Even, I checked all about this fella before I trade with him. Since he is member here for 1 year plus, have successful COD & postage trade before. That is why I have confident to deal with him.

Yea, ur right. COD is the best. But not always that, the item u need are available in COD. And I had did quite a numbers of trade through postage and I never have problem with it.

Since the I have give my last generosity for this fella to make his refund by today, I shall temporary keep his details before passed the time limit. FYI, he is using Maybank.

I also buyer for AMD 6000+ and Gemin 2 for total RM 270 . I already sms zangetsu . he promise me and all to refund in 7 days from now. He call me says that unit was sell by his friends and he dont know that his friends sell it to many people and then his friends gone ( kes kawan makan kawan nih ) . By the way. he need to refund almost rm 1000 total transaction that made.

SO he said he promise to refund in 7 day . and i hope we wait see the progress. Maybe he need some days to find a money to refund us all. NO need to push him hard . that make the cases more difficult it will be.

I think no need for me to put the recipe of my payment. but i am the one of the man that have been conned.

Seems like is not only 2 but now is 3 person in this case. Yea. He did sms me this afternoon and talk about his situation. Oh well, i don't whether his story is real or not. But i started to feel something fishy here. According to ya details, ur case happen 1 month before darkzone & my case happened. From here, I smell something fishy.

Since Seller keep telling us that is his friend that making the shipping instead of him. But one point I can't understand here is, since he knows that his friend is making him problems, so call conning him, but why Seller still asking his friend to do the postage? Means that he is willing to be conned?

When did he promised to make the refund within 7 days within today? Well.. Seller just tell me that he will try his best to make the refund. Even I asked him whether can give me a time line, he doesn't answer my question.

I actually did ask him about where did my payment & darkzone payment goes, since our case just happened not long ago but why Seller unable to refund us. The reply he gave me is, he spent his last month salary to repair his car. And take our payment to pay his house rental.

I noticed that there's more and more people love to use their salary to fix car nowaday, especially those that get disputed in thread. In my opinion, he is just a conman that try his best to con more by delaying with reason. A dispute tag should be given to him first to prevent further new case.

This type of guy are too good with reasoning.

Do have the same feeling as u do. Quite impossible take whole month salary just to fixed a car. Don't need eat? Haha.. Anyways, awaiting mod to advise for further action. Now this case is involved most then half a thousand worth already, its 200 (darkzone) + 380 (me) + 270 (enzim10) = RM870.

I suspicious because all of you that deal with him just have all kind of reason. Some match, and there's some not matched. So in the end, all the points contradict each other. The money doesn't seem gonna come back or.... it will take a whole year to get the money back.

Agreed with u that the money might or might not come back. But I dont think the other forumer will just let this fella go by this way. There is always a way to do the thing beside involving police side. Just the matter of willing or not willing.

I'll be going to to KL by Feb for some work stuffs issues, by chance i can pay a visit to seller with some of my good friend as if the thing is ain't settle by that time.

1st of all,i wanna say sorry to couse this problem...and im here to clear it to all the buyer thats involve with this problem...as u all read this happen with my post for selling amd proc + nfx mobo and graphic card...all this happen when im asking my housemate to help do the postage for me becouz im to busy working...for all the item and yes i have already take the full payment buy the buyer,and i only know about this when buyers keep smsing me asking the the tracking number thats have been made by my housemate..then only i notice something going wrong coz buyers keep said thats they not receive the item some of them i reply to wait coz thinking maybe my housemate wrongly post using normal post and somemore he and gis gf go holiday for the new year eve...but i keep try to call him try to ask him about all this...but i cant get it...i didnt mean to make up story for cover my fault as i keep reply sms and try to call all the buyer about the situation and make a promise to them i will refund back the money...but as i stat i need time to refund..coz im still waiting for my housemate to ask all about this coz since he go holiday he nvr come back to house already ask his gf but the gf said thats he already back on sunday...but all this story means nothing for buyer who have already pay me..so there im willing to refund just need time coz its not only 2 person involve with this problem and all togheter the money i have to refund around 1k++...so hope with this explaination all thats involve can give a bit of time for me to get the money and refund back...i sure all ppl who read this will judge me thats im a conn man but im trying to be honest and keep on the phone and reply the sms with the buyers thats having this problem with me...coz this also my 1st time having this kind of problem yea i admit what ever my story are..buyers will always feel thats i make up the story and im the con man but the fact is im trying to settle this and take all the responsible for this problem...sory again to all buyers with this problem

Im glad that finally u turn out and clarify the matter. As i told u early in SMS, is better for u to make ur appearance and clarify urself. As buyer, we all are of cause will worried our goods that had purchase from u. And yet we didn't received it as what had been promise. The money that we used that make the payment aren't come easily as well. That is is our hard earn money and that make the reason why, we are concern on it.

Regarding to your housemate issues, I wander how true was it. But 1 thing that I wanna point out here is, from my view, I don't really think that your a con man, atleast for me. Of cause, I didnt judge a book by its cover. All these while, from ur SMS I can see that ur going to take this responsibility up. Which is a good sign for me. But just, I hope that next time u can think before u make a promise to people. As like my case, u had promised that will make the refund but u in fect ur keep delaying the refund. Which makes me feel things goes fishy. Atleast, if u can't refund because of financial problem. Do state it out.

Least but not last, I would like to request a time line for ur refunding making process. Of cause, please please set the time line which is u can hold. I wish that, when the time reached everyone of the buyer will have their full refund back.
