Planning a 8D7N trip to GC. Want to get some advice, whether to stay full 7N at GC and do a day trip to Brisbane or stay 5N at GC and 2N at Brisbane. Are there enough attractions to warrant a 2N stay at Brisbane. Appreciate any advice from sifus who have been. tks.

Is there a train station nearby Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary? Thinking of driving to Lone Pine from Surfers Paradise then taking the nearest train to Queen Street Mall. Heard parking is very expensive in Brisbane CBD and wondered this option was doable
