So you mean now can't go into Windows?
Or when you plug in the iPhone the bluescreen will appear?

come to it... its gotta be the software itself.... i mean the itunes....
try compare with oter pc or laptop (if any) and then uninstall the faulty itunes and reinstall it again....
yet i have to say... its a pain staking, time consuming method.... but if dont have any reason if u tried...

Open the Windows Task Manager and look in Processes. In there got 2 processes ... iPodService.exe and iTunesHelper.exe. Most probably this 2 process cause the bluescreen. No need to open itunes la coz the process is running when u boot up the pc. Thats why i said itunes is the problem. The 2 processes are from iTunes.

Still don't believe me?

The fastest way would be reinstalling iTunes back from a fresh copy. Maybe last time when u update, something got wrong. Reinstalling would not loose all your data.

Please... if everything is just format format ... there is no point for him to start a thread here okay doh.gif

People need to identify the problem and come out with a solution.

Anyway for TS.. maybe you can try to save up your minidump files and post it here

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/346230

I believe a few of the forummers can help you to identify the problem

I second that, selinix. This definitely isn't the first time I've seen irresponsible jerks going 'format format format....' or 'restore restore restore...' in every single support thread here.

If you're gonna give advice, get responsible or get lost. Please. dry.gif

uninstall iTunes completely (including Mobile Device) then reinstall back.
it wont take too much time.
make sure u have moved iTunes folder in My Music before performing uninstall, so after u installed back the iTunes your media library will be the same. just to be sure.
