Got Galaxy GTX260+ tri-fan. My first OC tryout since I have bios vmodded to 1.18v

Loaded up Fur Mark with Xtreme Burn Mode on for 5 minutes. No artifacts

Fan speed 100% but still can't touch 700/1540

post a 3dmark06 or vantage benchmark

btw 70c @ max fanspeed and urs is the triple fan version?my stock cooler can do around the same

i think the tri-fan cooler kenot be control manually...
the fan speed can be adjust to the max...
but the real speed just at 40% only...

Why not you remove the HSF and re-apply the thermal compound with better ones like TX2, etc? I did mine before even plugging into the PC. Secondly, try to overclock with only increasing the core/shader first. In my case, the memory doesn't like to go beyond 1160 stable (for whatever reason).

Yeah 5 heatpipe with 3 fans with that temp, I'm wondering why too....

Seriously? But when I set it to 100% i do hear the increased sound of the fan and feel the difference in airflow.

Yeap plan to do that soon, or void the warranty and remove IHS

in my case,even at 100% speed the noise level still the same at 40%...
maybe too many fan in my case..

Like I'm using Galaxy GTX260+ can flash it to EVGA one without problems?

if i'm not mistaken, timing table must be d same, else u mite screw up d card.

yup, memory timing. u need pci card or alternatively another pci-e card if happened ya board come w/ > 1 pci-e slot.

Got another 4670 collecting dust
My P45 have 2 pci-e slot. So i guess should b no problem....

i did once recovered from a bad flash b4 mainly because i tweak more than i should.

i did not have a PCI card so i blind flash and it is so fun and nerve wrecking at the same time.

u must have a rich imagination there bro...

as long as it's bootable then one is gud to go (for flashin), d rest it's all up to d imagination...

just remember which key to press at the right time and make sure u have the backup bios in place.
